Indigo Conservation
Habitat
Indigo Condominium Association, Inc., (owner) determined it would promote environmental conservation by dedicating and restricting about 4.5 acres of land on the north side of Perdido Key Drive for the furtherance of endangered and other indigenous species, including the Florida Beach Mouse (Perdido Key Beach Mouse), birds, mammals, reptiles and another natural habitat.
This conservation habitat is a NO TRESPASSING zone and is protected land exclusively for endangered and other indigenous species. This habitat is not open to people, pets, or vehicles of any kind and is not a nature trail or for any private or public access. The owner inspects the property per the Declaration of Abandonment and files annual reports on this website.
